Walking and reading time are included in this retreat to share special moments and human values ​​in a welcoming and inspiring environment. Music and/or painting will be present as well as the Living Emotions activity which aims to regulate and develop motor coordination, balance, breathing, attention and concentration.

Through a complete program that includes Yoga, Meditation, and Tibetan Singing Bowls, this retreat provides a unique feeling of physical and mental renewal.

The program is diverse and holistic, integrating practices of Yoga, Meditation, and the therapeutic sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls. In addition, participants enjoy nature walks, reading, music, and painting. One of the highlights is the "Living Emotions" activity, focused on emotional regulation and concentration. To nourish the body, the retreat also includes a healthy diet based on fresh and nutritious ingredients.
